To submit a referral please email the following to referrals@outset.ai

Position submitted for
If we are interested we will ask you to introduce the candidate by email.
If multiple people submit the same candidate, the first valid submission will be honored.
Eligibility for bonus
To qualify for a referral bonus:
• The referred candidate must be hired as a regular full-time employee at Outset.
• The candidate must remain employed for at least 90 days from their start date.
• Referred candidates who have already applied, interviewed, or been in contact with us within the past 12 months are not eligible for referral credit.
