Researchers using Outset may choose to send participant incentives through our integration with Tremendous. Tremendous is responsible for delivering and redeeming incentives.

If you have questions about receiving, redeeming, or accessing an incentive that has been sent to you, please contact Tremendous Support directly.

Disqualifications and Fraud

Incentives are only available to participants who successfully complete a study and meet the study's eligibility requirements.

Interviews are reviewed for low quality and potential fraud through a variety of methods, including both automated review and researcher review. Some interviews may be flagged for activity that is believed to be fraudulent or otherwise in violation of study requirements. If your interview has been disqualified, you are not eligible to receive an incentive through that study.

By participating in studies conducted through Outset, you agree to comply with our Terms of Service. Violations may result in disqualification, forfeiture of incentives, or suspension from future participation.
